Obituary of MAHASIN A. BEY
MAHASIN AALIYAH BEY also known as" MAHASIN " was born on October 1, 1982, in Newark, New Jersey to Zina Williams-Bey and the late Cameron Ali Westfield. She was returned by Allah on November 12, 2022, in Summit, New Jersey.
MAHASIN attended the Newark Public Schools, where she was born and raised. She graduated from West Kinney High School in 2000.
MAHASIN was loved by all who knew her. She loved to sing, dance, cook, and watch sports with her boys. Also, she enjoyed spending quality time with her sons, who were her world!
MAHASIN is survived by her children Rahmon Bateman, Al-Muhaymin Lockhart, Kasaan Bey, and Jamaar Jenkins, her God-daughter Mi’aysia Richardson, her mother Zina Bey, her 2 biological sisters Shaneka and Skakira, her three biological brothers Andre, Ali, and Ibn, along with a host non-biological sisters, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
MAHASIN is preceded in death by her father, Cameron Westfield, maternal grandmother Florine McKinley-Bey, her granddaughter Ivoreè Naiomii Lockhart, and her dear friend Tasha
